L.E. stands for Learning Environment 1 (pronounced "Ellie") and serves as your AI learning guide and consistent companion throughout the program.
- L.E. understands your context, adapting tone and approach to your progress, goals, and preferences across sessions.
- L.E. uses dialogic learning, asking questions to help you think, explain your reasoning, and connect new ideas to what you already know
- L.E. stays focused on your structured program content, not external topics or general AI use
- Wind Down is a protected check-in with L.E. at the end of a learning session where you pause to reflect on your mental health and wellbeing; responses are secure and de-identified
- While L.E. remembers some details within a session, it may not retain everything between sessions
- Like any AI, L.E. can occasionally make mistakes. You can flag this anytime through the in-session feedback form
- L.E. is a computer program and not a human being. It is unable to feel human emotions.
