Why does L.E. take a while to respond?

Occasionally, a request to L.E. can take longer than expected. If the system runs into a timeout, it automatically retries in the background rather than returning an error, which can mean a longer wait than usual before you see a response.

This is expected behavior, not a sign that something is broken. In most cases, your session will continue once the retry goes through.

If you’ve been waiting more than a few minutes with no response, try force closing and reopening the app. If the delay continues, or you experience an error, let us know at support@matterandspace.com (with a screenshot of the error if possible) so we can take a look.
