What does “self-paced” mean in this pilot?

Read on for details about how we define self-paced, and our recommendations for staying on track for the pilot end date.

What do you mean by "self-paced"?

Self-paced means you choose when during the week to log in and how to break up your sessions. There’s no live cohort schedule to keep up with. That said, the pilot runs through a fixed end date, December 18, so we recommend aiming for about 4 to 6 hours a week to make sure you can complete the full curriculum within that window.

Being a little behind (especially if you got access late) is okay; focus on steady progress.

How do I know if I'm on track?

At the start of every week of the pilot, you'll receive an email from the Matter and Space team with a progress check that helps you orient your progress goal that week.
