How do I sign in with my Matter and Space account?
How to sign in to the LE-1 app, locate the email your MAS account is under, and what to do if you get a sign-in error
Signing in
To sign in to the Matter and Space app successfully, you must have first activated your Matter and Space account as well as installed the LE-1 app. When you open the LE-1 app, you must sign in with the same Google or Apple email you linked to your Matter and Space account in order to access the app.
How do I know what email my MAS account is under?
If you've already activated your Matter and Space account, you should have received an automated email with the subject line "Matter and Space account creation confirmation". That email contains information about the Google or Apple email address that you linked to activate your Matter and Space account.

I'm getting a sign-in error within the LE-1 app
If you encounter a screen that indicates an error or that your account was not found, that's usually an indicator that you haven't yet activated your Matter and Space account. Please see the Getting Started: Activating Your Matter and Space Account page for details on how to do so.
